The Lentor Residence seeks to provide quality holistic care for our residents. We believe that we need to care not just for the physical but also for the spiritual and social needs of our residents. And at The Lentor Residence, we give all due respect and dignity to all our residents.

For some retirees and elderly who require some nursing care. The Lentor Residence provides the following services:

 1.  24 hours nursing service attended by qualified nurses.
 2.  Regular doctor visits and 24 hours doctor on-call.
 3.  Physiotherapy services.
 4.  Body and hand massage services.
 5.  All meals are carefully planned by the Dietitian according to the physical condition of the residents.
 6.  Social and recreational activities including outings. 
 7.  Daily, morning group exercises.
 8.  Hair-dressing services.
 9 . Optional Christian worship services and pastoral care.

Home and Private Nursing Care

The Lentor Residence provides nurses for our elderly when they are well enough to return home but still require nursing care. This service is ideal for families who prefer a professional caregiver to look after their loved ones in the comfort of their own homes.

The nursing officer will determine the level of nursing care for the elderly and the nurse will make planned visits to check on elderly at home.

Nursing services that we provide include:

- Insertion of Ryles tube
- Male and female catheterization
- Colostomy Care
- Monitoring of Vital Signs (eg. Blood Pressure, Pulse, Body Temperature)
- Monitoring of Blood Glucose level
- Serving and Application of Medication
- Suction Procedure (eg. Suctioning of phlegm, tracheostomy care)
- Prevention of Bedsores
- Hygiene Care
- Wound Care
- Other needs
